Trojan basketball will host their 15th annual Christmas Tournament on December 28-30 in the Bradley Gym.
This year’s 10-team tournament features one of the strongest fields in the tournament’s history with top programs Maricopa, St. Mary’s, Holbrook and Window Rock represented.
The women’s basketball team is coming off a third place finish in the Pepsi Tournament in Flagstaff where they were handed their only loss on the year in the semifinals to top-ranked Page. It was the first loss that didn’t occur in the state tournament in three years for the women’s team.
Junior Megan Timmer and sophomore Anna Gorman became the first pair of teammates in program history to score 20+ points each in the same game more than once.
Come on out and watch one of the state’s top teams as they host their Christmas Tournament over break.
